Photography Atelier, coming on in its sixteenth year, is a portfolio-building course for emerging to advanced photographers taught by Karen Davis with assistance from Meg Birnbaum. The Atelier was conceived by Holly Smith Pedlosky and previously offered at Radcliffe Seminars, Harvard University and Lesley Seminars and in the Seminar Series in the Arts, The Art Institute of Boston (AIB), both at Lesley University.
The class will be offered over 12 Wednesdays from 10 AM – 1:00 PM at the museum. The class for September 2013 is already filled, so sign up for March 2014 now! The workshop will culminate with an exhibition at the Griffin. The fee for the Atelier will be $500 for members of the museum or $575 for non-members. The class will be limited to 15 students.
